Best World to play

Hi everyone, i just wondering, what is the best world to set up airlines? i have played in Fornebu and want to try to open new airline with different way at new world

there is no best or worse. it all depends on your ability to adapt.

But as for a place that would give you a reasonable chance, in regards to slot availability and domestic competition, Banff's Big Thread Of Opportunities would be a great place to start looking.

tempelhof

Best to Worst, in this order:

Gameworld - weekly capacity of pax - number of flights - aircraft

Aspern - 142,262,434 - 1,463,672 - 39,262  (more capacity than Ellinikon, but fewer aircraft = more slots)

Ellinikon - 138,490,769 - 1,476,321 - 45,588

Meigs - 155,824,313 - 1,676,454 - 49,208

Gatow - 160,492,175 - 1,756,59 - 54,327

Stapleton - 163,767,999 - 1,750,340 - 52,425 ( slightly more capacity than Tempelhof, but fewer flights and fewer aircraft = more slots)

Tempelhof - 163,250,253 - 1,909,798 - 58,567

Nicosia - 171,845,622 - 1,793,730 - 53,179 (slightly more capacity than Pearls, but fewer flights and fewer aircraft = more slots)

Pearls - 170,493,981 - 1,946,912 - 54,753

Kaitak - 176,613,097 - 1,742,959 - 53,289 (slightly more capacity than Croydon, but fewer flights and fewer aircraft = more slots)

Croydon - 176,098,946 - 1,838,517 - 53,351

Devau - 176,661,780 - 1,888,091 - 56,906 (more capacity than Idlewild, but fewer flights and fewer aircraft = more slots)

Idlewild - 174,495,624 - 2,016,621 - 59,448

Fornebu - 174,745,637 - 2,059,047 - 63,078

Aspern and Ellinikon are the best worlds to start at, based on the available capacity (you can grab more share of the demand with having a startup smaller network) and the number of flights and aircraft flying (again you have a better chance to get more pax during demand calculations, and also fewer flights and aircraft means there are more slots available) and after a distance trailed by Meigs.

The three worst gameworlds to start, based on number of aircraft flying and flights operated and in-game flying capacity (fewer slots, lower chance to get a share of demand without a sizable network) are Fornebu, Idlewild and Devau.

This does not mean that there are not pockets of opportunities on the "worst" servers, or that your desired country is available on the "best" servers. It is a statistical metrics to show your probability to succeed by looking at the current internal factors prevalent on the game servers.

I do not include Riem = advanced game world with substantially lower demand (50%??) and Quimby = a test/temporary server.

Also notice that different server might have different types of aircraft, but it also depends on whether you want to older aircraft, e.g. MD11, DC8s... All the servers have types of aircraft still in production.

One should also keep in mind, that Ellinikon (as well as Riem) uses a different pricing model that makes passenger transport less profitable - that might we a reason why it seems relatively empty.

Just looking at the numbers presented by rubiohiguey2000 might not be the smartest thing to do, as it also depends heavily on the place where you'd like to set up your airline (competition and slot availability can be very different between countries) and available aircraft as TWAAir mentioned.
