3-4 days ago in my case on many routes, where I am only one and which had full booking just after appearing in schedule
Any particular pattern? Like particularly affected cities or routes? Or is it across the board?
Only in Y, mostly long-haul routes on wide-body:
JFK
VVO
PEK
HND
PKC
ALA
PVG
etc.
Interesting. The most noteworthy changes to ITR behavior were the introduction of distance-based probabilities and a correction of how request sizes were rolled (see devlog).
The former causes very price-sensitive pax types to fade out over longer distances. If your product was very focused on price so far, this might give an advantage to more service-oriented competitors. Just a theory, though.
The latter (the fix to request size rolling) would almost certainly decrease the overall demand in Economy. Economy types are the most common, so they “benefited” the most from the subtle probability bug I described in the devlog.
I allowed myself to split the English discussion from the original German thread
Hi @Martin!
Did AGEX influent on booking on Paine same way on old servers?
So could be booking decrease in Y be a consequence of last days, when AGEX went down, especially with my pricing and cabin configuration?
Yes, the AGEX in Paine works exactly as in any other game world. This explanation is slightly simplified, but generally speaking, the final demand value from one airport to another is multiplied by both the global demand factor for a game world (55% for Paine at the moment) and the AGEX (roughly 94% for Paine right now).
