A brand new B737-700 NG, stationed at BFI, the very first flight instanced on that plane shows only 4 green bars as "aircraft condition", of the factors comprising the flight image. This is a brand new factory delivered plane. How is that possible?

Boeing seems to look for cost cuttings.
It is the same for me. Whit a brand new A321. My rating is terrible on this plane. Before on a A318 it was 100 and now it is 92. Why is it so bad whit the A321? Even if the price is 10 AS dollars less for economy and 20 AS dollars less for buisness and the seating and service profile is the same. Well it is a different airline but that should not matter as it has a IL whit all other airlines that CBE Airways has whit.
i think 4-bars is the top rating in 'aircraft condition' category.
also got 4-bars in brand new A321, don't wanna say how many bars on 50 years old Antonov, lol
