Hi I am running an airline in Peru on Kaitak an noticed that the aircraft registrations started from OB-0001 to OB-0012, then all of a sudden it jumped to OB-0405. Where are the missing 392 numbers in between? I checked the fleet list and found nothing.

There are no guarantees that registration numbers must be sequential. If those 400 numbers had been used before, they might now be discarded or reused at random. So classic “it’s a feature, not a bug”.
