As I have seen lately indonesia is a very large market whit a big economy class demand but I am not able to fill my buisness class on any route from KUL. I have solved this by configuring some aircraft only whit economy seats.
Is this a mistake or should it be like this even if my ORS rating is much higher in buisness class then economy class like on all of my flights?

Business is not a problem in Indonesia, except if your competitors are using more business seats or better seat/service than you

I have pretty good business class sales. I even had business class only flights several months ago and they were fully booked.
speaking generally, yeah I think business demand is just normal in Indonesia.
To be honest, even First class for short haul in Indonesia is perfectly fine.
I can fill a 180 km routes, from 10 bar to 4 bar with 20 F class passenger a day.
Not to mention the business class itself.
