ok i think it will be nice if u had 2 flight on the same route for ex FLL-CLT one leaveing at 8am on a B733 and one leaving at 3pm B757 and if you have to or the systim has to cansel the 8AM flight you can rebook thoes people on the 3PM flight… 
and on a side note nonreving for your employess as well as to be ale to hire more emplyess as u want not by aircraft or by opeing a new station.
