I have seen numerous threads that debate this issue but I have yet to read a definitive answer. Can we please have one and have it enforced or a simple entry in the wiki that makes it clear anything goes
Is it acceptable to exploit the game by using standard seats in business yes or no.
It seems that the large airlines are openly accused of and have been banned for using exploits numerous times in the past and they just then start again with a similar practice on each new server that is began. Since they are still on the game it seems to me that if you follow a intuitive real world path you are effectively only subsidising the server costs for a few exploiters to play, who have amassed over 1000 aircraft in 8 to 10 weeks of gameplay. This must be the only online game I have played where it seems repeat exploiters and loop hole users seem to not be blocked permanently nor effectively 'policed' afterwards but are just left to start the same thing all over again on the next new server.
As you seem to act as spokesperson for the game do you have the answer to my first question about standard class seating being allowed for a business class cabin?
It's near enough impossible to police the whole community. If you have spotted something you don't think is right please contact support with details
What's so complicated about restricting certain seats for business and first class ingame? Just don't make them appear in the drop-down menu and the problem is solved, clear for everybody and no need to policy the whole community.
I can't understand why players are given options ingame which are then outruled elsewhere, in the forums or the wiki. I`m pretty sure most users who "use" this tactic are absolutely not aware of it being not allowed. I don't question the rule itself - it's a good one. But why not just implementing it ingame? I've yet to read a good reason for this..
I personally think those who use the exploits do so because they know will not get banned and they can build a 1000+ aircraft enterprise within a very short time taking all the slots at 2 or 3 major hubs making them a huge part of the market which drives the AGEX and the newbies pay the same money restarting and restarting until they get bored at which time the game gets a new server to draw in 1200 users whilst the old servers then dwindled to have the same few folks with the same airlines they have on every server that was set up using exploits during the first few weeks.

I am not a spokesman however I have been around long enough to know what is the answer is likely to be, this tends to mean you may get an answer quicker. If you prefer I just won’t answer next time.
From what I remember (no I’m not going to check as don’t have the time right now until later) the main discussion at UAB level was regarding slim line hd seats been used in premium classes. Like I said I will check later.
Report the airlines ingame. To my understanding using anything under leisure plus or comfort seat for C and F class respectively is not allowed. Are the airlines you talk about from Earth Stand alliance?
Almost all airlines at Earth Stand Alliance to play with the correct seats ;)
Yes I've noticed how some of major members are desperately using their huge profits to start new enterprises out with the alliance with brand new aircraft with few seats to rapidly increase their ratings and are transfering the slots they have managed to hog with their exploit run airline in the first few weeks to these new ventures

100% agree.
Here is a real world example of a business class using slimline seats (granted they are with the middle seat blocked, which maybe AS should add as an option) on a WORLD-CLASS carrier called Lufthansa. Maybe you've heard of them?
Note the same thin-ass (literally) seats in front and behind the curtain...

Yeah, but this questions the rule itself. That wasn’t my point. I think it should not be allowed, like it already is. But, please, implement that ingame.
