Hi everyone,

Does cancelling a fligh affect the ORS? I mean, if i cancel 10 flights on a secific route do passengers take this into consideration when they next try to book flights?

but keep in mind that you have to pay compensation for every cancelled flight. something like twice or three times what the pax paid for their tickets, I think.
