Cancelling alliance founding

Same as in topic. How do I cancel a founding process when other future members are delaying confirmation?

I think there should be a certain time to confirm it, otherwise as it happened in my case they haven’t accept it nor decline it and I’m stuck and can’t form an alliance with someone else.

OK, I got reply from support staff, so just put it in for others if ever problem will come up for anyone else:

Usually there is no way to cancel an alliance founding process. It is not common

that partner speaking with each other to create an alliance are not accepting them.

In some special cases we are able to cancel it, but only if there was a mistake on

founding it in selecting the partner or so-
