Capacity lower than cabin configuration

Hi all, 

I'm new to AirlineSim. In 1 of my flight, the plane capacity pax can booked is lower than the cabin configuration. Could you please help me with this issue?

I use AN-140A with 44 Y config, but my plane capacity on that particular flight is only 19 Y. Other flights are still fine.

Look at the performance graph, i think the range of your route ecxeeds the range of the plane, where it can fly with 100% payload.

Same happens, if the runway is too short for a plane, which shouldn't be the case with an AN-140A.

Hi,

what distance is the plane flying on that route ? The Antonov 140 can only fly about 1500 km with a full load. It can fly further, but with less payload...

It could also be that the runway is too short for either the landing or take-off part.

Thank you for your replies. I've checked all the stuff you guys advised & found the problem: the runway is too short for a fully loaded AN-140A to land.

Don't use motorways as runways  :D
