Hello guys
If anybody of you have been through CAPSIM at your mgmt/biz courses, I would really very appreciate winning strategies for Capsim.
What I got so far from reviewing some posted successful strategies online was
- max out stock issuance and long term loans
- first mover, first mover, first mover
- automate, automate, automate
- have at least 2 products in each segment to help split awareness cost
- new product per round
- never pay dividends but buy back shares with excess cash
- TQM spending 2000/2000/1000
Anything else?
