Quimby is a test world and it is temporary and is just as a public test of a new version before it is officially implemented on all other servers.
LETs are currently quite unprofitable and i do not think this person would be able to grow to a very high level just by using LETs.

For Quimby, since it's a test world, people have the rights to test any ridiculous configurations/fleet/strategies. And the Quimby now is so far from reaching the point of slot-blocking yet.
Quimby is for testing purposes. Having a fleet of 30 LET is not slot blocking but trying another strategy. And the company you have mentioned is very succesful (passengers per week No. 1), so why should he not do it? It is only a game - and perhaps he had the better idea / strategy than others, who cares? Next time you could do something similar and become No1 in the game...
Cargo rights: there are no cargo restrictions. Neither here in AS nor in the real world. Why do you complain about it? These are the rules - find a spot where you are alone and let your airline grow over weeks and months and years - then you will also have a good time here.

Maybe he is envious that I became 3rd largest US Passenger Airline in 18 months on a long established server ... who knows.
But even though, the smallest I currently fly is E195 on mainline and ATR72 on a recently created subsidiary that flies to 1 bar airports. So no LETs for me , and I was strongly against slot blocking with LETs on Riem (we all remember that heated thread).
Edit: I just checked, the other "named" player, "j-t-e", does not even play on Quimby (neither do I), but he is a big player on Tempelhof. Apparently the fellow Ula has a huge grudge against players who could become successful and grow large airlines.
Oh, my fellow Ula, please do not even try to look on holdings of Jumper (GIPOM, Japan Jumper), FlyHigher (Shen), Mxtron (YT Jet) or Kk92 (US Star) on Fornebu ... and I would strongly suggest against looking up US Liberty on Pearls and JR Ewing's empire on Nicosia ... Look them up upon your own risk! Warning: Imminent heart attack possible for you. You have been strongly advised against looking them up :excl: :excl: :excl: . We do not want you to have a heart attack and be taken to the nearest emergency room. The survivability factor of such an impeding shock is statistically very low. Again, high risk of imminent heart attack!

Ask a seasoned AirlineSim player if looking up the mentioned holdings is right for you.
When looking the mentioned airlines/holdings up:
- drowsiness may occur
- tranquilizers may be necessary
- be careful when driving motor vehicle or operating a machinery - high probability of imminent collision with oncoming traffic
- excitability may occur, especially in unseasoned players
Usage Directions:
- Look up each holding though a search and look on each holding for a maximum of 3 minutes.
- Suggested lookup of mentioned holdings is one lookup every 8 hours.
- Do not exceed 3 lookups in 24 hours or emotional overdose might occur.
- In case of imminent heart attack or emotional instability, stop looking up the mentioned holdings and call 911 / 112 / your local emergency number immediately
Other relevant information:
- Each holding contains at least 1,000 aircraft
- Multiple subsidiaries exist
- Best observed on 19" monitor or larger, with classic theme settings
- Keep out of visual reach of emotionally unstable individuals

I am not able to milk out more then 500 of them per flight. Very unprofitable.

Very minor spelling variations though at least in the languages I was referring to. In romanian it is spelled the same and in french it is spelled crétin.
Not surprising as the English word does come from French, like a lot of words do. Also, in Portuguese, Spanish and Italian it's "cretino /a", depending on gender.
We use it in Germany also. Not often but I have heard and read sometimes. :)

I wish people will take the time to read older posts before getting their knickers in a knot. Using millions of L4Ts are since the start of RIEM no longer concidered slot blocking… Whilst I still disagree with that I’m now using the L4T as strategic move as said players built up very profatible companies on RIEM with that business model. As Quimby is a test world I don’t even understand why there is a report function built into the set-up (: in four months time it will be deleted. Do we really want to waste the Team’s valuable programming time with trivial complaints?! Keep it for the next real game world. At least there it makes sense. But then again, every new game world is like the repeat of a favourite scary movie… The Phoenix effect (((:
