# Cheaters???

i did some math on a meigs airline called Air Broad Cross.

he has about 800.000 pax already and is by far the best airline on the server. if you check his facts, you see some pretty amazing numbers. numbers wich cant be real. here now my math to show you guys that, whats going on here, cant be normal playing…

according to his stats, this dude had in week 18 ( 2 weeks after the start of meigs ) already 700 weekly flights, 85.000.000 SKO and he offered 71.000 seats (!)

if we only go for the weekly flights, that means (if we say you do max 8 flights / Day / Aircraft) he had 12 planes after 2 weeks

–> 8 times 7 = 56 flights per week per aircraft

–> 700 flights per week / 56

–> = 12.5 plains

lets see now the offered seats: 71k!

71000 / 700 = 100 seats per flight

to merge your 60% you have to have better seats than the standart ones so you lose a couple of them. that shows that this guy had in the first 2 weeks of meigs 12 machines with at least 100 "GOOD" seats. wich aircraft can offer at least 100 seats? NO Dash, NO EMB, NO Superjet.

you guys do the math. in my oppinion, some of those top airlines definately are that good because some systems in the server dont work!

Hi,

I don’t play on the Meigs game world, so I can only give you a general answer.

On any new game world, there are more passengers than airplane seats. As a result you can equip your airplanes with standard seats, offer no on-board service and sell your tickets very expensive… Passengers will still buy your tickets. Airlines who follow this strategy can make a weekly net profit of 50%.

Because there are so many passengers, you can also safely activate flight schedules without a delay. In most cases your planes will be fully booked within 24 hours.

So you should not be surprised if you see airlines that double their balance value to 20 million after two weeks.

If you went those lengths you should’ve done your math better. If you check planes config for Air Broad Cross through fleet list you’ll that they use cheapest seats everywhere, even in business. With such config even small AT7 takes 74 peoples in, and you can have 9 of them right from the start, adding another 1 or 2 during first week. This company can afford such config, as sitting at the “place of power” at the start of gameworld will give you huge flows of traffic, especially when you offer some connections. On AT7 with such seats you don’t need 200% prices to get over 60% margin, I would say some 140-140% should be enough, and such prices are certainly feasible at the start.

Overall, I think this named company is a very well thought start-up and I’m enjoying seeing their development and reaction to future challenges, which are just around the corner.

Stop accusing anyone as a cheater - report it to the support via reporting function in game or e-mail! Escpecially if you don’t know exactly what is forbidden or not. I checked especially this airline and everything seems to be ok!

Which brings up the question again if it is reasonable that someone can add standard eco seats and sell them as business class… call it as you like!

I know it’s allowed and it has been discussed.

I agree with SK that it’s inappropriate to post it in the forum. There are ingame functions for that.

If you were fast enough to grab those 727s then you will be a behemoth.

So just count yourself slow (unlucky?) would be better.

This is a bug that is being exploited as far as I’m concerned. I don’t know how people do it but selling eco seats and business is going to lead to great growth.

That’s what happens in the real world too - fly business in a CRJ and you get lots of hostess and food, but the same seat as the people in the rows behind you.

In any case, check the ratings - an EcoPlus seat in Business gives you four stripes up to 500km and three stripes up to 2000 km, so who’s complaining?

Email sent to support team.

First of all these kind of posts should be directed to the Support team via E-mail and not here in the Forum. It’s easier dor them to look at it and give you an answer plus it is kept confidential. I think you would not like it as well if you and your company would be accused on a public forum for something you did not know or you did not do wrong. So these things should be dealt with by the support team and if you find something you like to report or to mention to the Team then a support mail is the correct way to do. On the other Hand SK already said that he looked into at least 1 of the big companies and said that it appeared that they did not do anything that is not allowed by the rules of the game.

Done.
