Santiago de Chile, July 24, 2016 — Today, Chilean is pleased to announce that M. Luis Aviles-Galano is the very first first passenger to book a ticket on Chilean. Chilean is a new airline based in Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago de Chile.

From our hub in Santiago de Chile, we serve 8 domestic destinations using a fleet of 5 top-notch aircraft, branded with the color scheme and star of the Chilean flag. Starting today, our customers will be able to enjoy exceptional comfort and service on all routes. We operate the modern and comfortable 737-900ER jetliner on all legs over 1000km, with easy connection at Santiago airport.
