Confused About Aircraft Conversion

Hi all,

I’m playing on Free I and recently purchased a second-hand DHC-6-400 for cash with the intent on converting it to a dedicated freighter. Since I wholly own this aircraft, and it is stated to be convertible on both the manufacturer page and the aircraft type page, I thought that I would be able to convert it in the “conversion” menu, but no options are available. Are there other things that are required for conversion, or am I just unable to convert this aircraft?

I see how this can be confusing: The DHC-6-400 is convertible in the sense that if you do not install any seats, it can be operated as a freighter. This isn’t permanent, though. Whenever you decide to fly passengers again, you can install seats and vice versa.
