Date for The New Cabin Editor

Does anybody know when the new cabin editor comes out?

I have read no date, but I guess it is the same as what Martin from the AS Team has written about the new game world:

We are still going for a November release but as usual, no guarantees. The exact date will be announced some time ahead, of course.
