Demand Multiplier.

So, I've been thinking about this for a few days now. 

For me, it would be cool to have a "live" demand multiplier.

Per Example, in the 2016 Olympics, in Rio, the demand would be higher due to the games. It's a worldwide event. 

More passengers, more cargo. The prices of the tickets can be raised by the companies, also.

Since AS only book flights with few days of distance, this idea would be really great. 

The game should be updated with live information. Not all the live information, but, at least those world-scale that can change something.

Manchester terrorist attack should drop the demand. Worldwide events, increase demand.

I don't know if this is hard to do, but I think that it would be cool to deal with a floating demand and market.

This would fall into the realm of micromanagement and charter operations, both of which are been avoided at the moment. The other point is how and who will do the research? You can’t just say double demand or half demand if that is not true. Both Manchester and London attacks may have a minor impact on numbers but I’ve met more people that want to show solidarity and continue as planed than those that would change plans

I know you were just making you're point but let's leave London and Manchester out of this. Okay

Highlander, calm down. He was making a correct point whilst trying to suggest an idea. This is Airlinesim, and i’m not denying the fact that the attacks were terrible, because they were inhumane, so if you feel sensitive about the subject just click off the post. Tbh he couldn’t have put another event that would relate to demand being decreased. ISIL invading northern Iraq and Syria? More than 40,000 people have died, but I bet you wouldn’t have complained if he stated that event!

To be honest no for I'm a proud Englishmen and I obviously sympathise with other nations of course but obviously my heart remains with England and will always put England first.

Well guys, I’m sorry if somehow I offended any of you or your countries. That attack made me really sad, especially because I really like Ariana’s songs, and because I have really lots of friends coming to her show here in Brazil. Also, ending The lives of such young people made me really sad by The time I was watching television and heard of it.

The point is that we don’t really make those horrible things a big deal right here, it’s cultural, I think. We can discuss it and don’t make it sound offensive, it’s just another subject. Also, it doesn’t makes us a “no empathy nation”, it’s just that we don’t really take it as offensive as others may. I just used it as an example because I couldn’t really think about another event that would make the demand decay.

Anyway, sorry again. As I said, is a thing that people here doesn’t really take this serious.
