can you please help me with finding more information about the paying dividents to my investors? E.g can the rate be changed, how is it calculated, what to do if I want to reduce the amount paid out, etc.

Very simple: For every week your airline reports a profit, 15% are distributed among all companies that own shares. This can't be changed at any time.
