Do ALL eligible and bookable connections get pax booked?

For example, if I search ORS for JFK - ORD, I get

Connections

Found a total of 153,063 connections, displaying 500 at 30 per page.

......... If I exclude full and ineligible, I get .............

Connections

Found a total of 1,170 connections, displaying 500 at 30 per page.

Does all 1,170 eligible and bookable connections (which is dynamic depending on other connections availability) get pax bookings?

Because in ORS only 500 are displayed. Would only those 500 get pax booked (which are displayed in ORS), or would ANY eligible and bookable connection at the time of demand calculation get pax booked, even if there are e.g. 26,878 eligible and bookable connections at the time of demand calculation?

Available PAX are spread over all eligible and bookable connections depending on the overall rating. I think a more detailed explanation isn’t available, as the ORS should keep the final distribution secret for a reason. However not all connections with a positive rating will necessarily gain PAX as demand is limited, although every connection with a positive rating will receive PAX as long as demand isn’t satisfied. (Not sure about last one, but something completely different wouldn’t make sense.)

Does all 1,170 eligible and bookable connections (which is dynamic depending on other connections availability) get pax bookings?

If there is enough passenger-demand for this route - yes.
