I am confused by the phrase “No extra holdings allowed” in the Domination VIII and how it differs from Bleriot VIII. In Domination VIII, user yhanm_30 Operates Nordic Link (NLK) which has two subsidiaries: Aotearoa Link and Oceania Link. This player is not the only player I have seen in-game that has extra holdings.
The description below the [Play] button for Domination VII states, “4 credits per day, no extra holdings allowed.” For Bleriot VIII, it states “4 credits per day, 2 credits per extra holding.”
Two questions: Is it cheating in the game to have extra holdings? A clear minority of players have subsidiaries based on what I have seen so far. However, that number is significant.
If it is not cheating, what will we be charged for those extra holdings?

Sorry: Second Dom VIII holdings clarification: the detailed description of Domination VIII linked in the announcement that it was open specifies that ONE holding is permitted. Same question as before, just adding that difference.
