On kaitak, the list of African countries with 5th freedom (Yamassoukro decision) does not seem to include DR Congo. According to Wikipedia, it does seem to be in there, though:
Is this a deliberate choice (am I missing something?) or a data error?
Thanks for the info. I’ve created a ticket for myself to check this at some point in the future.
Given that the agreement only became binding around 2000, it’s possible that some members became active after the data was added to AirlineSim (the game will be 25 years old next year 
).
Judging from the WP article, it seems like there are some other changes that might be relevant as well. There’s the “Single African Air Transport Market (SAATM)” now and WP says:
Primarily, the goal of the SAATM is to fully implement the 1999 Yamoussoukro Decision
But the list of members is a different one. So this might require a bit of research. If anyone has any insight, please kindly share them
