Ok so I’m nosy, I like to keep an eye on the competition, this makes business sense. So, for example I can work out approximately how much a competitor makes on a given route (if fully booked) using his ticket prices and seating configuration (found in fleet lists). When I look at his facts and figures though I only see a limited amount of information (unless I’m a shareholder) but alot of that information (seats offered, pax transported) can be found on the stats page. If they’re stock market listed I can see their profit or loss, I can work out the average income per flight, average load factor, almost everything. So if I can do it anyway, why hide it, please just save me some time!
