Hector International in North Dakota Sees More Cargo than Some level 4 airports Like FSD, yet has no Cargo Demand. It’s a Small Hub for FedEx operations in the Region. Fargo saw a landed Cargo weight of 420,371,732lbs, over 20m pounds more then FSD, If this could be fixed to make FAR a Demand level 4 for cargo that would be amazing
