Hi,
I accidentally clicked Terminate on an interline agreement, when I meant to click Accept on the row below.
Suggestion: The terminate option should ask for confirmation (Are you sure you want to terminate this Interline agreement Yes/No).

It seems like a reasonable request to me.
Third this, would come in handy.
How many additional clicks do we have to put into the game just because one or two sometimes accidentally hit the wrong button?
Your feature would result im hundreds of additional clicks for all players combined within a week probably. Is that really reasonable? Or shouldn’t you simply pay a bit more attention?
Don’t get me wrong. We all had some erroneous clicks in the game. But that doesn’t mean that everyone else has to “pay” for it!
It is a standard feature in most software that people use, that when you delete or overwrite something (ie. are about to do something that is irreversible) you get a warning.
How often do you need to terminate interlining agreements, on a daily basis ?
Anyway, if one is really checking if he wants to terminate an interlining agreement only after getting an additional security question there is something wrong.
I agree with voeni that it is not very ergonomic to put such confirmations everywhere, this can get very annoying.
Just send a message to the concerned airline and I am sure they will understand & just make a new agreement once terminated.
We have a security question on deleting or resetting your airline ... you don't imagine how many people delete their airlines by accident even with this security question .... ;)
Hehe, I can totally see it:
User: Delete Airline
System: Are you sure? Y/N
User: Y
System: Are you really sure? This will delete your airline for good! Y/N
User: Y!!
System: No, seriously, sit back and think about this for a while. Your airline will be gone. Forever. Do you really really really want that? Y/N
User: OMG! Y! Y! Y! Y! Y!
System: Okay, you seem to be determined. Let me ask you one last time though: Do you really know what you are doing? Y/N
User: AAARG!! Y! Y! Y! Y! Y!
System: It seems you want to delete your airline. As a last precautionary, please enter your account password before deletion will commence.
User: *enters password*
System: Password correct. Just to make sure there are no mistakes here, you will receive an email now. Click the link in that email.
User: *clicks link*, turns slighly red in the process, foam starts to appear around the user´s mouth
System: Thank you for clicking the link and getting here. Please type this in the following field: Yes, I do want to permanently delete my airline, and yes, I understand this process is not reversible. All the data will be swiped for good and I will not be able to go back.
User: ARE! YOU! KIDDING! ME!! WTF OMG BBQ!!! AAAARGHH!!! *starts typing while raging*
System: Congratulations, your account has been permanently deleted. Thank you for playing AirlineSim.

Support staff member A to support staff member B: "Hey dude, look at this mail I just got. This user says he deleted his airline by accident and now he asks, no, DEMANDS we put it back up. He says he just clicked through the confirmations without reading them, which is, according to him, totally unfair and happened way too fast. He says to put the airline back up within three hours or he will call his lawyer and sue us all to hell and back."
Staff member B: "Yeah, whatever. Just put the mail in the binder with the mails of the other 250 people of this week with that problem."
Staff member A: "What binder?"
Staff member B: "The big round one under your desk..."
*thumbs up* You know that business :D
... you don't imagine how many people delete their airlines by accident even with this security question ....
affirmative :D I had it mixed up with a second holding I wanted to delete. Had the wrong one selected <_<
OMG,
<span><a data-ipb='nomediaparse' class="" href='http://community.airlinesim.aero/user/8233-cookiedeluxe/' title=""><span>Cookiedeluxe</span></a>, that was SO funny!</span>
This is great.
I've accidentaliy rejected IL myself, an extra click wouldn't bother me.

But can you imagine how many more have avoided deleting it because the question is there? I think this is a very reasonable request that would not cause undue hardship to anyone.
Disregard--I accidentally double-posted.
I know what you mean - I sometimes pray for a security question: "Do you really want to answer on a 5 month old thread?" ;)

I'm sorry but it suddenly has new significance for me because I just accidentally terminated an important interlining contract. :(
I figured it would be better to continue on this thread than start a new one...
The thread may be five months old, but it still has a valid point.
