When you lease a narrow or wide body aircraft from AirlineSim, most of the time there's only Y, and C classes. Where's First? From now on, make all narrow body and wide body planes have a first class cabin. Thanks

Be careful to have the “Create standardized seating configuration if no default has been specified” setting turned off and configure your cabin yoursef.
Just turn of all comfort functions, if you are not an absolute newbie. Create you own cabin using "Cabin configuration" under comercial then assign it in the aircraft view or "fleet management".
It's impossible to change cabin configurations on a leased plane.
If you lease a plane, the plane comes without cabin configuration if you have switched off standarized seating configuration. Then you can create as many cabin configurations as you want.

It is possible and it has nothing to do with being leased or not. Even if you have a standard cabin assigned, you can still define a different cabin config and assign it to your aircraft
But then you have to pay twice for the cabin configuration. Just to be aware of that.
As suggested, it is very well possible and I currently lease all planes.
Create your cabin configuration under the commercial menu.
Once all set-up with your desired classes for that particular plane, or planes.
Go into your flight plan for the plane in question, head to the cabin sub-heading and then select the cabin configuration that has been configured earlier.

The cost shown below the configuration, is charged when the configuration is changed, as the staff will go through, tear the seats up and install new ones!
