Curious how much profit everyone had in their first week. I had 2,160,792 AS$ with an all CRJ-1000 airline (of course there was no leasing payment that week, but also some training costs and only 6 days of flights).
I made only approx. one third of that. Using pure 737-700 BGW fleet.
I managed to lose 130k. Pretty devastated about that and it was pre-leasing costs. 270k was on depreciation of flight equipment which I am unsure if that actually comes out of my money or not. Messed up with staffing also which cost me some severance pay so at least that won’t be a recurring cost. My prices were too low so that’s really hit my profit hard and although I may break even this week I doubt I will start making a profit until next week all going good. I nearly liquidated my airline but realised that although I got off to a bad start, if I persevere and learn by my mistakes I may succeed, although it would have been much easier and quicker to start fresh. This is my first cargo airline and I have little experience with any sort of airline.
2,561,978 $AS
using 3 737-700 BGW and 1 737-600 BGW default seating prices +30%

Is +30% a good starting price for a new world, just curious as I am a newbie
my profits first week were about 50,000 AS which I am excited about because this is a vast improvement for me considering I always BK the first week when I tried many times before

It worked for me, did not give to low ORS rating so I got full loads right after activating the schedule.
Would be nice to know how did experienced players started on the new world.
2,832,866 AS$, with Superjets :)
A horrible 2 Million only :(

What price level did you use if I may ask? :)

No specific level. I keep raising, as long as my flights are full. Some can reach more than 150% at the moment.
I tried that as well, raising them by 5 dollars a day. Worked very well, load was always 100% at the first day.
Then, all of a sudden... boom! Load went from 100% to 0%.
Set the price back down by 5 dollars, and the flights were immediately full again by day one.
So it seems there is a very fine line between max profit and what passengers are willing to accept even without competition.
2.544.768 AS$, with 2 Airbus A321 aircrafts. On Wednesday I also bought a Airbus a318
After a few false starts (first timer!), 2,862,076 AS$ with 737-600 BGWs
I've switched a bunch of planes from Y104 to C21Y72, which looks like it will make a significant impact on my profitability - probably break-even this week but should get me $100k more per plane next week.
3.263.632 AS$ with CRJ900
2,609,520 AS$
I squeezed that out of 2x 737-700bgw and 3 crj700's. Think it would have been better to go only go for crj700's at this point, but in the long run it will be ok. My second week will be over at wednesday, I'll have around double of that after tweaking and leasing some things.
Ok, so after week two it will be approx. 3 mil. Still far away from what others have. Particularly from those, who have more than 10 737's in their fleet already. Nevertheless, I think I am doing better than my last times on Nicosia. Thus, I am happy about the changes took place in Aspern.
700k - pure Cargo (10 ATF72-500 with 180% Price Level)
Had an antiquated strategy at first, but got it going now, sitting about average around 2.5mil.
Only 3.646.004 AS Dollar :(
