Can you lease and operate aircraft with your holdings company then later move them to a newly created enterprise if you want?

you can only move airplanes between holding and subsidiary if you own them. I mean "own" as in buy... not lease ;-)

The only way would be to buy a plane and move the plane to the subsidiary, but you would need to reschedule it at the subsidiary.
The easier thing would be to create subsidiary, lease another plane there, cancel the schedule at an old plane, and activate schedule with 3 days delay on the new plane.
If you time it right (which can be done if you just have few planes, but almost impossible with many planes) your flight plan would end on lease expiration of the old plane.
It will cost you some money either way, because there will be some "double time" on leases, periods where both old and a new lease would run concurrently.
You can lease with your holding, cancel your lease, create a subsidiary with the money generated and then lease another plane with the newly created subsidiary
