Sorry all, I was gone over the week-end and the problem was a really simple, well known one which would only have required a quick restart of the affected game worlds. And even though warnings lights in our monitoring system where flashing all over the place, no one took action.
I apologize for this and I promise to review our processes. We do have very limited resources, but it's still ridiculous that we are unable to cope with something this simple.
Oh, and I of course restarted all game worlds now and I'm sure the problems will disappear quickly.
When the server is reset, do we still get the income from the flights that should have happened?
One of my major hub waves got stuck in the backlog and I haven't been credited for any of these flights, with weekend closing in twelve hours.

yes! it's like a fast mode (calculating minute by minute, flight by flight,...) until current time is reached. :)

Tempelhof is still down
Is now online again. I'm very sorry that I hadn't the chance to react on the weekend.
Tempelhof is running, no more backlog now.
