I have an airline in Aspern and I have just received a new aircraft . . . but when I select that aircraft for 'Cabin Configuration' the only option I get is 'no action' ?!?! For all my other aircraft I have the added option of 'Remove seating', but I do not have the option of adding new seats to them either.
I definitely do have Cabin Configurations for all my aircraft types, so this must be a 'bug' of some sort. Is this happening to anyone else on Aspern or in any other game world ? I just started a test airline in Gatow to see if I would have the same problem, but I was able to assign seats to my aircraft in that game world however.
Does anyone know how to fix this ? Will it just fix itself after a little while ? Do I need to contact the AS team directly so that they can look at my account ?
if you don't want two identical seat configurations on your list (one old and one identical new), you can make a new configuration, change the cabins of all your planes, and then delete the old seat configuration. Changing the seats should cost no money if they are identical. But as with the previous change, you can only do this once.
Since the update/patch earlier today, the new seats have become old seats :-)
Yes this is annoying... I have to recreate like 60 seating configs among all my airlines... and I see no difference so far in seats I can put in on 737 classics... and these are the highest number of combinations I have.

Yeah ... but I would prefer to save that option if I ever need to reconfigure plane in the future. Right now, you can differentiate between old and new set config (if virtually same) by either new name (or even same name, system will take same config name but it is good idea to put some differentiator, like a word "new" in the name etc.), and also you can see the difference between the old and the new by the presence of the grey "default" button right next to the "new" config.
