Help: Low Moral for Certain Pilots?

Hi All

I was curious why some pilots on certain aircraft are happy with pay above the country average, and the others are not? Screenshot attached below should make it clearer.

737 and A320 pilots of mine are both being paid the same, well above the country average, but the A320 pilots are not happy, and the Max pilots are…

Perhaps its because the 737 is more fun to fly? (Or so I am told?)

I think you’ve had the 737 for a while
You have to wait for a while until the mood gets better. that takes a few weeks.
The higher the pice, the faster it increases.
Then you can set the price to the national average.
