We have an application for alliance membership from a holding - that is, the holding operates no flights, but has a subsidiary that does. Is this ok or is it better for the alliance to consist of enterprises that operate flights. Conversely, is it better when the holding companies are members rather than the subsidiaries?
It doesn’t really matter - the holding can’t be sold on the stock market - that’s all.
