Pax weight 95 kg and Cargo weight 100kg. But that doesnt help in Long Haul flights. Can anybody explain how much to consider for baggage in long hauls or how to calculate payload in long hauls and short hauls?

In game worlds with dynamic turnaround times enabled, the value varies with distance and service class, but it stays in the general ballpark of 95kg. Not sure whether it’s worth the effort to compute the actual values for planning purposes.
Cargo is always 100kg per unit.
