I am flying all CS1 aircrafts to different sectors I wanted to increase my ORS rating, what should I do. I see that one of my sector has good rating others all very less. I have updated the onboard services also. What other steps should I take to increase my rating.
Improve connection time, see what competitors are flying.
Look at your product rating perhaps your aircraft are old, which can have a negative impact on your product rating which in turn affects the ORS rating
Hello Friends

The trick to increasing ratings is to use better seats, provide better service, and have happier (and more) staff. The staff factor often gets overlooked compared to the other two, but an extra flight attendant per class does have a noticeable impact at a relatively low weekly cost.
It goes without saying that upping the number of flight attendants doesn't matter much if your staff morale is low. Pay them - and your pilots - well, or your flight attendants will spend their hours goofing off in the galleys. (Like every Air Canada flight, ever)
With a fleet of CS1s, aircraft age isn't a factor.
