How to interline

Hey

New in this game and have started my routes and have now read that interlining would be a good idea for my company.

My question is: Is it better just to send requests to a lot of people and hope for the best or are there somethings I should be looking for?

It is better to take a lool which airlines will fit to your network and you fit to their network too. And then contacting the airline and sending an interlining.
