I am pretty new here. The normal process for plan a route for me is after a ordered plane delivered. I could not find a way to plan route before a plane is delivered.
I know some of you are expert in airlinesim and can you direct me how to do that? Thanks!
That is how it shoud be! Beeing able to schedule planes before they were actually delivered was actually a well known bug. Officially, what you are trying to do is bugusing
you’ll have to wait until your aircraft has been delivered. Only then you can assign flights to it. Also I would reccomend you to deactive the auto assignment of seat configurations in your game settings, as you’ll probably want to assign a different configuration, then the standart one. Hope that helps,

It looks a bit unfair for a well known bug but I don’t know.
AS, can you either make it public on how to plan route before airplane delivered or fix that bug? Otherwise, it is a bit unfair in the game world.
Obviously you are also one of the victims like me who is told to obey the rules while have to see some others got the ‘key’ to jump in the queue ‘legally’.
Seriously, is this a "bug". If you have paid for a plane, and it’s on the way (it’s a certain delivery as you have paid and signed the dotted line) why would you not assign a route to it?
Anyway, I was unaware of this being a bug and thought it was a feature and have now cleared any routes.
This will keep support busy though looking at reports that really do not need it when they could be looking at other things.
Better take a screenshot and contact support @ airlinesim.aero by e-mail. That way, we have the evidence, if you just report the company, things may change before we see it.
