Huge problemo with passenger capacity on 737-800

This post is for the big wigs at Airlinesim. In junkers world I got a 737-800 where you are missing the correct passenger capacity. I’ve included screenshots. It’s supposed to be Y108 C18 F15 that’s what I configured. You will see that the capacity is only 5 in Economy class. Not 108 or anything close to that.

There is no way that I would have only configured 5 seats in Y class- that would be stupid. The max seating capacity when I bought the jet was 189 not 38. Would you please somehow correct the capacity and make the cabin configuration what it’s supposed to be: Y108 C18 F15 ?

Thanks

I cannot see your routes (too small) but I assume that you are flying either a) too far or b) to a short runway.

So I looked at your airlines and my guess is that you are flying your 737-800BGW (SSW) from BOS - LAX. When using the “aircraft type evaluation” tool you can see that it can fly that route with 38 passengers. 15F + 18C + 5Y = 38 Total Seats as AS prioritizes F → C → Y when holding seats for performance. Hope this helps!

Yes you’re flying a 737-800BGW too far - it can only take about 40 pax on that route, you need a 737-800HGW for that route
