I started an airlines just 2-3 weeks ago and leased 3 a320 neos and services between New Delhi and Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad with Delhi as my hub. Its ok with Pax but till now i have not got any connections for cargo. Can anybody help me on this issue?

You have no connecting cargo? You have no cargo at all? Your cargo connections dont show up in the ORS? You question is pretty hard to understand, could you please clarify it?
As long as there is not a large cargo demand and those destinations are already directly connected there will be no connecting cargo. Passenger aircraft are also for some weird reason very unfavourable for cargo compared to dedicated freighters. Unlike many passenger carriers I care about my cargo loads as they are a great additional source of income.
