I can’t place my small logo. But I have a real size . help me please

The dimension of the small logo is 120x23 pixel.

I´ve tried to size it down to the correct dimension, but I think, the font is too small.

The limits are 300 x 100 pixels. Your image is 442 x 253. That’s off limits.

Edit: Oops, didn’t read, it was set as small logo. My fault.
