My airline is Australias Spirit on server Meigs. My Image is still going downwards, and it has been since the beginning of my Airline.
I already made my flight prices lower than in the beginning and also buying younger planes.
Is there any other reason my Image keeps lowering? Or something I can do?

I am assuming you never increased your salaries? then they are below country average resulting in a decreasing staff mood.

My seats are in Economy ( recliner short ) and business ( lie flat 140 ). On board service is all the best that can. for every class.

Salaries are increased. All with 1 green bar and arrows pointed green upwards...
Also my flights are full and in the ORS my flights are mostly first or second with little difference with others that fly the route.
Have look at the individual flights. You should find answer within the flight rating.
If you saying it’s going downwards, from which level? How much? Where is it currently?
