Any good tips on how to find good interlining partners? Tips for Interlining strategies?
For example if you want to open a route from Athens to Heatrow, how would you go about getting interlining partners? What would you look for?

Depends were your airline is located. As a greek airline I would prefer to look for an airline operation flights to UK/Ireland, Scandinavia and maybe USA/Canada. Of course you should check the timetables if transfering passenger is possible at all to these destinations. As an UK airline I would look for a strong domestic partner in Greece and to destinations in the area/near east.
