Dear CEO´s,

RR Condatti Airways is planing to go public.

Here are some Facts:

Main HUB: FCO - Rome

Airplanes: 40 (25 DH4, 4 Airbus, 1 AN ->Leasing cancelled, 10 Boeing)

N1 in FCO in tranported PAX and Fleet.

Plans after IPO:

  • Order Boeing or Airbus to complete the inter European Market

  • Build up a First Class Fleet with CRJ 700/CRJ 900 (included in RR Condatti -> important for dividends)

Balance Sheet:

Shareholders equity after this week about 60 mio A$

Profit & Loss Statement:

Earnings last week: 22 Mio

Expenses last week: 13 mio

Earnings this week (not over): 25 mio

Expenses this week (not over): 14 mio (-> Leasings are all paid, only Salaries will be paid today)

Loans:

Nothing in the moment
