Hi there,

I am curious about the IPO on the new gameworld REIM.

When I am trying to buy/subsribe IPO from another company, it says that my rating is not good enough? - what has it to do with my company?

I had tried to find a thread with a topic like this - but nothing to find. Maybe it´s me doing it all wrong? :blink:

I’m not sure if it’s that. It used to be that the message stated that you didn’t have enough equity to participate in an IPO. This might be something else entirely if it talks about the financial ratings.

I dont think that is right - because i had earlier invested in other companies without an $20 million AS equity.

As far as I can see, noone had subscribed any stocks yet on the Reim servers stockmarket?! <_<

Strictly speaking, you only need 10M in equity and 10M in shareholders' equity. 

I can confirm that IPO is possible, which I had subscribed one share from whoever as a trial.

may i ask, what do you mean with shareholders equity?

i tried in participating in ipo bids but it never worked out. always got the statement that i dont have enough equity (which is actually above 12m). i'm a bit confused

You have to have equity (items 3000 and 3100) of over (I think) 20 million AS$.

Ok, so just Equity >20m would also fit.
