I am new to this game in nicosia game world

I found that an airline is flying around 50 flights per day from HGH to PVG

and around 70 flights from HGH to SHA, will this be abuse in game?

As this result in serious slot blocking in all cities, given these are really short routes,

this affect other players entering the market.

So is this situation allowed or not in game?
