Kangaroo Lines, a small but uprising company from Down Under, will introduce itself for you.

We startet operating on May, 9th 2012 with 4 ATR 42-500, all configurated in our proved 3-Class-Configuration. 2 planes where stationed in Sydney, and one in Melbourne and Brisbane, Australia. We served 13 destinations within the first week.

After a short time in which we analysed the market we established our routes within Australia. To expand we leased more aircrafts. As the second type we choosed the Embraer 170LR which is used mainly to fly to destination in New Zealand where we hat our first foreign destinations. Within the first week we offered flights to Christchurch and Auckland.

Today our fleet contains 9 ATR and 2 Embraer and is leased 100%. We offer routes to 14 airport in Australia, 3 in New Zealand and 1 in New Caledonia (France). We are focused on non-stop flights but at our big australian Destinatons in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney we do offer HUB-times for transfer.

Actually we’re analysing the market to plan our next steps. Most likely we will expand our existing routes next to offer more capacity which is requested strongly. We hope to get more tranfer-passangers by this. Further on we can decrease our costs per flight by this as our fixed costs won’t increase.

We operate with a marge of 30%. This dream-like rate allowed our strong growth until today.

die Kangaroo Lines, ein aufstrebendes kleines Unternehmen aus dem Land "Down Under", stellt sich Ihnen heute vor.

Der Betrieb wurde am 09.05.2012 aufgenommen mit 4 ATR 42-500, welche alle eine 3-Klassen-Konfiguration aufboten. 2 Maschinen hatten als Stützpunkt Sydney und je eine wurde in Melbourne und Brisbane stationiert. Von dort wurden insgesamt 13 Flughäfen angeflogen.

Nach einer kurzen Phase der Marktbeobachtung und erfolgreicher Etablierung der Routen wurden weitere Maschinen geleast. Als zweite Baureihe kam die Embraer 170LR hinzu, die vor allem genutzt wird um neuseeländische Flughäfen als erste Auslandsdestinationen anzufliegen. So konnte noch in der ersten Woche Christchurch und Auckland angeflogen werden.

Mittlerweile bietet unsere aus 9 ATR und 2 Embraer bestehende, komplett geleaste Flotte Flüge zu 14 australischen, 3 neuseeländischen und einem neukaledonischen Flughafen an. Wir konzentrieren uns vor allem auf Direktverbindungen, bieten aber an unseren großen Destinationen Brisbane, Melbourne und Sydney HUB-Zeiten an, zu denen ein Umstieg möglich ist.

Derzeit sondieren wir den Markt um unsere nächsten Schritte zu planen. Das Wahrscheinlichste dürfte sein, dass wir unsere bereits bestehenden Routen um weitere Flüge ergänzen um mehr Kapazitäten anzubieten, die intensiv nachgefragt werden. So erhoffen wir uns auch mehr Umsteiger dazu animieren zu köntnen bei uns mitzufliegen. Außerdem können wir dadurch die stationären Kosten senken, indem wir mehr Flüge pro Flughafen anbieten.

Derzeit wirtschaften wir mit einer Marge von 30%. Diese Traumquote ermöglicht uns auch das rasche Wachstum, welches uns bisher ausgezeichnet hat.

[b]News from Down Under

[/b]Kangaroo Lines is still working solid. In accounting week 22/2012, which ended on wendesday, we realised another record profit and achieved the mileston of 1 Mio$ for the first time. This is an increase of 60%, again. Aswell we realised a buisness volume of more than 4 Mio $ for the first time.

Within the week the management has been very active. With the new Partner fly NZ we arranged our first interlining-contract. Based on this we are offering more destinations in New Zealand to our passengers. Another plane was leased which is used mainly to offer more flights on our existing routes. New is a route between Brisbane und Townsville.

For the first time we can annouce our plans for the flotation. To get the company more public for investors we set the goals to acchieve a buisness volume of 10 Mio $ and a profit of 2 Mio $ per week before starting the flotation. We hope to acchive this in July.

Neues aus Australien[/b]

Kangaroo Lines liegt weiter voll im Soll. In der am Mittwoch abgeschlossenen Geschäftswoche 22/2012 konnte abermals ein Rekordgewinn eingefahren und erstmals die Millionenmarke geknackt werden. Damit war ein Gewinnzuwachs von 60% abermals erreicht worden. Auch konnte erstmals die Marke von 4 Mio $ Umsatz gesprengt werden.

Während der Geschäftswoche war die Geschäftsleitung sehr aktiv. So konnte mit dem Partner fly NZ das erste Interlining-Abkommen realisiert werden. Auf Basis dieser Partnerschaft werden nun mehr Ziele in Neuseeland für die Passagiere von Kangaroo Lines angeboten. Auch wurde eine weitere Maschine geleast, die vor allem bereits bestehende Linien ausbesserte. Neu hinzu kam die Verbindung zwischen Brisbane und Townsville.

Erstmals wurden auch Pläne zum Börsengang bekannt. Um das Unternehmen ausreichend bei Investoren bekannt zu machen wurde sich als Ziel gesetzt, zunächst einen Umsatz von mindestens 10 Mio $ und einen Gewinn von 2 Mio $ pro Woche zu erzielen, bevor ein Börsengang gestartet wird. Dieses Ziel erhofft man im Juli zu erreichen.
