Large airlines not ordering planes

I was just looking around at the stats again and while I was looking I noticed something that seemed strange to me.

Out of the top 10 passenger airlines for North America, 7 of the airlines have no planes on order of any kind. It would seem like they should be acquiring planes as fast as they can to push their growth?

Are they all just bored or planning on quitting soon?

I’m just curious if anyone knows why they would have all just stopped ordering planes.

EDIT TO ADD: It’s similar for top passenger airlines for the world. 5 of the top 10 passenger airlines have no planes on order.

I would guess either saving to buy a bunch at the same time and get the discount of saving for bigger airplanes?
