With the last Leased A350 returned Yesterday, Brasil Airways Became the First Airline in Riem to have a 100% fully paid woned Fleet, with around 620 frames (564 delivered, 52 on order (fully repaid) and 4 leased out) it’s one of the biggest fleets in Riem, and the First Airline to operate a woned fleet only.

Brasil Airways a Latin America Aviation Group subsidiary is the main focous of the group for this achievment, today LAA has a total of 916 owned aircrafts, the main goal is to reach 1k frames till the end of the year.

PRESS RELEASE:

Brasil Airways, LAA subsidiary, has confirmed yesterday the acquisition of 160 Airbus A220-300 in a move to upgrade and fase out the 2,5 years old Airbus A220-100, the renovation aims to increase the seat offer in around 14%.

Brasil Airways plans is to fully renovate it’s fleet till the end of 2021, all retired aircrafts will be transfered for the private leasing company of LAA (Brasil Aircraft Trade and Leasing Organization).

Latin America Aviation CEO says that this move shows to the world the strenght of the company and the commitment to give Globe Alliance Members the opportunitty to get almost new Aircrafts for the competitive market of riem.
