In other words: A lot and don't. In 6 weeks time you will probably need them again anyway, so its cheaper to hold them

Not the salary you pay but the country average salary.
Just sign some more ILs and the personnel will be used. It would be a waste to fire them.

Nope, it wont. Staff satisfaction is actually a pretty stupid system when you have figured it out. I pay my staff normal salaries but they get 5 green bars. I give all credit to Rubio for telling me this method.
