It doesn’t impact so much the profit margin. Your company will pay much less at the beginning (first weeks). If you were to pay all the salaries for the whole month when completing one month, it would be much worse. On a weekly basis, you pay only the scale of your company for that week. After one month, you’d pay a scale much bigger, but at the start you weren’t that big. You would pay for something that you weren’t.
