That A318 is more expensive than ordering one from the factory.

As correctly pointed out by Christian, that Airbee 318 is expensive, for it's age it should be listed at about AS$200,900.

You should list the aircraft for 90%, given the fact that when you list an aircraft on UM, a transaction fee is levied in the amount of approximately 5% of the aircraft's value (which goes to seller/lessor) on top of the book value.
