There are several liquidations on all servers that are not going through (are stuck). Seems this happened after applying today’s update.
The enterprise/subsidiary is listed as Liquidation #ABC (XYZ) if the enterprise had any airccarft.
It wll be listed as such under Country Statistics.
If the entrprise/subsidiary had no planes, it will still be stuck, but it will not be listed under Country Statistics.
I did a test and I have a stuck sub liquidation, Fornebu, 50249 - Delete Test. 3 million capital not returned.
Fornebu Brazil lists as having 12 enterprises under Statistics-Countries-Enterprise, but only 11 are listed under Statistics-Coutries-Capacity.
Might be worth looking into what’s happening. Below is listed a small sample of stuck liquidations.

Another issue I have noticed, connected with the above, is that the parent company liquidation does not dissolve the subsidiary which still seems to be in existence.
E.g. http://riem.airlinesim.aero/app/info/enterprises/8192 should have been liquidated when its parent 8191 was liquidated but 8192 is still active, while its parent shows stuck in liquidation.
